The price for the weekend is £495, but you can reserve your place right now with a non-refundable deposit of just £150. We require payment of the balance 4 weeks out from event. Once paid, all places are non-refundable, although we are happy for you to transfer them to other people at our discretion.

Please note: Bookings are facilitated by Ultra Endurance Series Limited on behalf of Ultra Awesome Limited. Your contract is with Ultra Awesome Limited, who deliver the event and receive all payments directly.

We’d like you to arrive for 5-6pm Friday so we can have dinner and do introductions at around 7pm. Don’t worry if you can’t get there until later – we’ll save you some food! You’ll be free to leave from 3pm Sunday.

We make the weekend as inclusive as possible and cater for most levels of runner. However, for the running sections, we ask that you have some experience of trail running and are able to move at 3-4mph on similar terrain. We have a full team out on the hill and options for shorter routes, so nobody gets left behind.

The runs will be between 14 and 20 miles long and will be at a social pace with a leader, a sweeper and guide in between.

We will send out a mandatory kit list a few weeks before the event. Although it won’t be as extensive as the Winter Spine Race kit list, it will include similar items for use on the hill. If you are running one of the winter races, we advise you to bring your full kit to practice with.

Sorry, no. Pickle is the only dog in the bunkhouse.

You can still benefit from the weekend massively, as running is only one part of it. The workshops still work for injured runners! Theres a lot of theory there too.
