Spine Race Free Prize Draw Competition – Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to participants aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Ultra Endurance Series Limited, their families, affiliates, partners, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants can participate by completing the online form. Only one entry per person.
Entries must be received by midnight on the 31st January 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.
The prize: the winner can choose to take part in any race from the Winter or Summer Races 2025. This includes the full Spine, Challenger North, Challenger South, Sprint, MRT Challenge North and MRT Challenge South.
The prize is non-transferable, can not be deferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The draw will be conducted using a random selection tool within a reasonable time after the competition closing date.
5. Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition and for future marketing without additional compensation.
7. Data Protection:
All personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Ultra Endurance Series Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by an entrant arising from entering the competition or accepting the prize.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
